Class 3 Needwood

Class 3 looked at the artwork of Paul Nash, a British surrealist artist who portrayed many images of the World Wars. The painting that the children have taken inspiration from is Totes Meer painted in 1940. The painting was detailed and challenging but we decided that sketching was a strength and something that all the children enjoyed, so they chose to draw and shade the missing details from the painting. Some chose to add colour, others decided to keep their artwork black and white. We hope you enjoy the results of their hard work!
